* On March 27th 2010, the High Rock Board of Directors passed a resolution that all new construction would occur on the north side of the road. It is the long term goal and vision of the board that High Rock's future be on the other side of the road.
Goals for 2010
- Construct the Erin McCuiston arts and crafts pavilion on the north side of the road.
- Retire the remainder of High Rock's debt (currently $31,000).
- Establish a scholarship fund for campers who cannot afford to pay camp tuition.
