High Rock would not be possible without our wonderful staff. Every year the directors go thru a long process of handpicking each counselor, cook, nurse, maintenance worker and teacher that works at High Rock during a session.  We are grateful to those who sacrifice vacation and family time to be at High Rock. You can have confidence that your children are being supervised and counseled by emotionally and spiritually mature Christians.

• Must be a faithful member of the Lord’s church
• Must be 21 years or over (16 years or over for Jr. Staff)
• Must be willing to take drug test
• Must be willing to be submitted for a background check
